I cannot say enough great things about working with Palo Verde. Kaylan and Jay are outstanding! They will work within your budget, and if you need suggestions Kaylan is full of amazing ideas. They are the most communicative and responsive of anyone I've ever worked with. They only use subcontractors that they have worked with for many years, and the masons are actually Palo Verde employees. I have no complaints about any workers that were at our home. If there was a minor issue, Kaylan was on it and had it resolved; but, I can honestly say we had very few. They went above and beyond in every way, and I couldn't recommend them more.
Palo Verde & Kaylan did an awesome job with our pool. This is our first pool so we had no experience and got 6 bids We decided to go with Palo Verde for many reasons. Their prices were fair and Kaylan was so good at communicating with me. It was a long process but I truly believe it is with all the pool companies. There is a major shortage of contractors and supplies. We understand this because we have a Properties company. Kaylan did a great job of helping me design our dream pool and it turned out fabulous. Our pool took about a year and it's been done since early 2022. We have no complaints and have thoroughly enjoyed our resort like pool. Thank you Kaylan and Palo Verde Pools for making this a great experience

They prioritize client satisfaction over anything else. Kaylan took the time to come out and measure then we met at her office to fine-tune our design. They took care of EVERYTHING (pergola, turf, travertine, etc)! I had a project manager throughout the process who kept me informed about who and when the tradesmen would be coming to do work.
