I wanted to take a second and brag about Palo Verde Pools. As a local custom home builder, whenever I get to the landscaping portion of the drawings with a customer, I always ask if they already have someone handling the backyard. More and more often, the answer is, “Yes, we’re using Kaylan at Palo Verde Pools.” We’re getting ready to start a beautiful new home in Estrella Mountain, and I can’t wait to see all the incredible touches Palo Verde Pools brings to the backyard. Once everything is complete, this project will definitely be one worth featuring on the website. Kaylan designed my pool at my new home construction in Buckeye, AZ. I appreciated being able to see the rendering of my vision come to life before starting construction. They prioritize client satisfaction over anything else. Kaylan took the time to come out and measure then we met at her office to fine-tune our design. They took care of EVERYTHING (pergola, turf, travertine, etc)! I had a project manager throughout the process who kept me informed about who and when the tradesmen would be coming to do work. Kaylan and the entire Palo Verde team truly came to our rescue! After being left high and dry by another company that never finished the construction of our pool, we weren’t sure who to trust. From the moment Kaylan stepped in, she made us feel confident that we were finally in good hands. The team was incredibly reliable, professional, and efficient. They completed the job beautifully, paid attention to every detail, and left everything spotless when they were done. The quality of their work exceeded our expectations, and our pool looks amazing! What could have been a very stressful experience turned into a positive one thanks to Kaylan and her crew.
