Jay & Kaylan
The journey in the pool industry began in the late ’80s, with Jay starting by servicing pools and gradually expanding his expertise in construction and design. Over the years, this passion evolved into what is now Palo Verde Pools—a family-owned business with over 40 years of combined experience.
Palo Verde Pools prides itself on being a complete source for creating resort-inspired outdoor living spaces. The company’s hands-on expertise, commitment to quality, and clear communication—from the initial conversation to the final orientation—are the qualities that set it apart.
Jay, born and raised in Arizona, and Kaylan, who moved to the Southwest after serving in the US Navy and spending time on the East Coast, both share a deep love for the desert lifestyle. They spend as much time outdoors as possible with their family and friends, and this love for the outdoors fuels their passion. It’s what drives them to help others create spaces that bring the same joy and connection they’ve found in their own backyard.
When they aren’t working with clients to design dream outdoor spaces, Jay and Kaylan can be found on the golf course, off-roading, or scuba diving. They’re passionate advocates of living life outdoors. They’re also proud parents of four wonderful children, as well as Ruger, their English Bulldog, and Louis, their French Bulldog.
Michael
With a background in Designing Outdoor Living Spaces and Construction Plan Drafting, along with his artistic talents, Michael is passionate about assisting in bringing backyard dreams and visions to reality. In his personal time, Michael enjoys playing guitar and piano and spending time with his wife, daughter, and two dogs while enjoying the beautiful Arizona outdoors.
Paul
Andrea Haga
Andrea Haga is an accomplished Executive Business Partner, Operations Leader, and Project & Construction Coordinator with more than 15 years of experience supporting executive leadership, streamlining business operations, and coordinating complex construction projects.
As Co-Owner of Haga Construction since 2004, she has built a reputation for exceptional organization, strong leadership, and cultivating trusted client relationships that help businesses operate efficiently and achieve long-term success.
Driven by integrity, professionalism, and a genuine passion for serving others, Andrea is known for creating meaningful connections, solving challenges with confidence, and leading with a collaborative, solutions-focused approach.
Outside of her professional career, Andrea’s greatest pride is her family. She and her husband have shared more than 24 years of marriage and are the proud parents of three children and grandparents to eight wonderful grandchildren.
She believes the same values that have strengthened her family—trust, commitment, integrity, and hard work—are the foundation of both a fulfilling life and a successful career.
Georgia
Georgia holds an Industrial Engineering BS and MBA in Finance. She had a long career with Unilever, recently retiring, having held positions such as Plant Manager, Quality Director for NA, Head of Supply Chain for Ben & Jerry’s and NA Project Director. She will bring these experiences to her current role to optimize our back office operations.
Gary
With more than 25 years of experience in the pool construction industry, I’ve built my career on transparency, strong communication, and quality craftsmanship. From growing my own company to working with large commercial pool developers, I take pride in delivering exceptional results and building lasting relationships with clients. Outside of work, I value time with my family just as much, whether serving with my church family or spending days on the boat with my wife and kids.
